We, Andrea and Michael Scheidt, are physicists. In 2012, we decided to establish a measurement and testing laboratory. We look back on over 20 years of professional experience. Physics helps us to quickly recognize and understand the relevant product safety restrictions of a system, but electronics and software play an equally important role to solve problems in practice. We look back on several successful product developments. A complete product line for laser plastic welding and a system for coating thickness measurement of powder coatings are just two examples. The entire product life cycle is always in focus.
From our own experience we know how important reliable measuring instruments are. Therefore, we decided to offer the calibration of electrical equipment as one of our services. For this purpose the laboratory is air-conditioned. The measuring equipment allows us to examine developments closely and to detect instabilities, so that there are no problems in later use. Our well-equipped optical section allows the construction of prototypes. There, new measurement techniques can be quickly tested and characterized.
