April 2016 Improved and extended measurement capabilities

We have improved the best measurement accuracies for DC voltage, AC current and resistance. We also extended the measurement capability for DC resistance up to 20TOhm. Reflexion and transmission measurement up to 8GHz is now also accredited.

The measurement accuracy for AC current was improved using coaxial shunts developped by Scheidt MessTechnik for currents from 0.1A to 10A. If you are interested, don't hesitate to contact us.

January 2016 RF measurments up to 8GHz

We can now offer reflection and transmission measurments of RF devices from 300kHz up to 8GHz. We directly support devices with N- and 3.5mm connectors. Please contact us for more information.

January 2015 Precise Measurement of high voltages

From the beginning we were accredited for the measurement of high tension up to 20kV, for which we used a commercial high voltage probe. With its stability and and the dependency on third party laboratories, we were not satisfied. This was the start point to rethink the issue of measuring high voltages. Finally, we decided to develop our own probe and trace to existing accredited measurements. During the construction of prototypes and the study of literature we have gathered a lot of experience in this field. Finally, we succeeded with a high voltage divider with a stability of 10ppm, which can be traced to the measurement of current and resistance. A special control electrode structure suppresses corona discharges of the divider reliably. The measurement of high voltages with this divider has been accredited in 2014. This allows us to reduce our uncertainty for DC voltages up to 20kV to 220 ppm. Technical AC voltages up to 15kV 50/60 Hz can be calibrated with an uncertainty of 0.14% to.

November 2014 Calibrating DC currents up to 700A

We can now offer accredited calibration of current sources up to 700A and up to 180A DC for current measuring devices. We also offer the calibration of transmission ratios of current transformers in the range from 1:100 to 1:5000.
